Please print the registration form from the link below and mail it with a deposit check for $200 for the 1-week session or $400 for the 2-week session. If you cannot get it to print, please call or email us and we will be glad to fax or mail the forms to you. A phone call reserving your selection will hold it for up to one week.
Times and Days: Just to reiterate; drive-ins are to be dropped of on Sunday between 4 and 5 and picked up the following Saturday between 1 and 2; fly-in campers (available for two week campers only) need to arrive at the airport between close to 1 PM on Sunday and depart the Saturday two weeks later close to 3 PM. No early drop offs available as we are preparing for the campers and staff is not available for supervision.
Registration and Release (New) Must be done each year and sent with deposit
Health Forms (New) Must be sent in with each new camper, good for two years.
***Please click on above, print, fill out by adult and signed by physician.
Remember, if you did not submit a new Health form in 2007, you must have a new one this year, as they are only valid for two years. This is due with the balance paid for camp by May 1st.
