Dreamcatcher Ranch Horse Camp
Session Schedule
THE 2012 SCHEDULE
* The Camp dates for 2011 are posted below. A deposit of $200 for the one-week sessions and $400 for the two-week sessions is required to guarantee the reservation. This will be applied against the total camp fee, the balance of which is due May 1, 2012. Registration after this date should have full payment accompany the form. Please print the registration form and send it in with your deposit. Payment can be made with check or money order, we are not set up for credit card charges. Please send in a new registration/liabilty form with your deposit.
To avoid the paperwork on arrival date, please make sure you have a Health History Form completed and signed by physician, and mailed to us before the summer begins. Health Forms are good for two years, unless changes in medical status, or insurance has changed. Please make a copy of your daughters insurance card and staple it to the Health Form.
* In order to make the camp experience more enjoyable you will be asked to identify two options for camp sessions that will fit your summer plans. It is our intention to try to better group the campers according to skill and age. Of course, friends/family groups will be left intact. Most likely you will be given your first choice, and notified if your second choice is a better fit for your daughter.
Go to registration page on our web site to print out the forms that you will need.
Please call if your session is full or you have questions. (530)642-0322
We do keep a waiting list, and plans do change. The maximum per camp is 8 this year.
We encourage you to bring your own horse this year, as we have limited lesson horses to offer. No charge to keep your horse as long as your bring all your horses food. Plus a $50 discount when you bring your own horse. Also if you register and pay in full for your session by January 30th you will receive a $50 discount.
If you have already attended many one week camps, I encourage you to attend a 2 week camp which provides a lot more progress with your riding and experiences on our cross country course. New jumps will be coming...

Campers arrive on Sunday between 4-5 PM (There is no early drop off available), and the pick up between 1:00-2:00 on Saturday. There will be a parent orientation given when majority of parents arrive. Please do not arrive prior to 4 PM, as we are busy debriefing the counselors, setting up or picking up campers at the airport. If you arrive early there are two yummy places to eat lunch/appetizers at the four corner stop in Somerset. http://www.goldvinegrill.com and the Crossroads Cafe. Gates open at Dreamcatcher at 4 PM.

**Campers (two week only) who are flying into Sacramento International Airport should plan to arrive close to 1PM on Sunday. We will be there to pick you up and return you to your departing flight two weeks later on the Saturday near 4 PM. Note: there is an additional $50 fee for this service. Since your daughter is to be picked up at the airport by either Carol Saulsberry or Joan Fuquay, please include a note giving your permission and stating the arrival and departure times, flight number, airline company.
All arrangements should be confirmed with Carol prior to making your daughters final flight purchase.
